Building update:
Flooring - bids to install industrial vinyl flooring
All Carpet is out of the whole building
Furnace is fixed
Water heater is fixed
Kitten room being built upstairs for kittens that have been weaned until they have been spayed/neutered
Treasurer's Report:
Veterinarian & Drug expenses up due to battling Flea’s and Ringworm’s
Jean helped to purchase a “Wood’s lamp” to detect Ringworm as a regular black light only detects 30% of Ringworm
$3266.73 profit for Feral Fest profit
278 cats Spayed/Neutered for 2019 as of Nov 18 2019
Looking for someone to write stories on cat’s that have had traumatic stories to be published in the Rice Lake paper
Kari is taking the cat that was found in the engine of the car to Barron for a second opinion on his two’s as Wood’s wanted to amputate the leg completely
2020 Voting member’s requirement proposal
*Volunteer’s are required to volunteer a minimum of 40 hours per year at the CCC building or outside. Outside hours must be approved by president
*$10 per year membership fee

Policy & Procedures - Quarantine
- Move from 5 days to 7 days
- If sick keep them quarantine for as long as on meds
- Visiting population limited to upstairs
- Keep all adoptable cats upstairs
- Keep currently unadoptable cats downstairs
- Yellow room to split in two
- First room by the bathrooms keep as the intake room
- Second room to hold cats with contagious
